2. A patient Advocate will contact providers specific to your zip code, verify that the physician/facility understands that they are part of the network, and confirm they will accept your membership card.
   
3. Call or visit the chosen participating chiropractor to set up an appointment. Be sure to tell the office that you are a "XXX Chiropractic" member and/or present your card.
