A LASIK Care Manager will answer your questions and provide a pre-screening to make sure you are a potential candidate.  The LASIK Care Manager will share the participating providers in your area and schedule an appointment with the selected provider

After scheduling a pre-operative appointment, the LASIK Care Manager collects a fully refundable deposit of $450 which is applied to the cost of the procedure (the deposit is fully refundable should you decide not to have the procedure for any reason).  However, by utilizing one of the flexible financing options the refundable deposit is waived.
