Creative Benefit Design began in 1984 as a group
health brokerage firm. Founder, Mike Andrew quickly determined the
value of creating a discount program to support employer's benefit
plans. In addition, 1986 when Geoff Shuck joined the company; they
began to serve associations and distributed the program so currently over 35 million members have access to the benefits of these programs.
Discount programs offer the sponsoring entities
the opportunity to provide a valuable benefit to their membership
or workforce members. In addition, they create the opportunity for
a revenue return. This return can be used to not only offset any internal
administrative program costs, but to also cover other benefit or membership
costs within the organization. All of this is done by providing the
utmost attention to detail for superior service delivery. Our dedication
to service is reflected in our 80% client retention rate that is virtually
unheard of in the industry.
